The location of this hotel is great for exploring the city easily, being very close to the center and not far from the cable car. the rooms are well, maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast is a plus and is served in a bright, clean, and well, maintained dining room.
Although the guest rooms lack decorations and are a bit stark, it is not a significant problem considering the other advantages of this hotel, such as the prime location and well, maintained amenities.

Great location near the city center, not far from the cable car. The hotel was clean and had helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty and nutritious.

The Christmas trip to this hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, making sure our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect as it was close to many attractions and sights. the high-speed wifi was a definite plus point and helped us stay connected throughout our stay.
While the hotel had a good atmosphere and comfortable rooms, the walls were extremely thin and we could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms. the decor was average and could use some updating to make the rooms more visually appealing.
